Shipping and handling are not refundable. Should the item be defective, contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.  No refunds will be made if contact is not made within 7 days.  Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.  Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped.  Not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow directions.  For items with free shipping, actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
