ALL Parcel Post packages from Alaska takes 2-3 weeks shipping time. Most of the time they run closer to 3 weeks. First Class Mail runs 3-5 days the same as Priority Mail. On our footwear we use UPS Ground which takes roughly 6 business days. We DO NOT offer tracking information on International First Class Mail. It is automatically added on International Priority or Express Mail. We can not take responsibility for customs. They can hold a package up for 2-3 weeks. Therefore we will not process any refunds on International First Class Mail until 1 month time from purchase. Please understand we haven given refunds only for the customer to receive their package the next week. We take pride in getting our packages out as quickly as possible.
