This is a stenciled painting of the downtown San Diego skyline. This is not a print, it is a hand-painted original work on medium texture stretched canvas.

All of my paintings are originals. I do not sell ANY prints.

All of my paintings are painted to order. This means that, like Burger King, I don't make it until you order it. Once I see your order, I'll go out and paint your canvas in my studio. This also means that the painting you order might not be absolutely identical to the one pictured. However, it will be very close. I'm talking about paint splatters and intentional drips and other things that I don't have as much control over.

Paintings are NOT framed. They are canvas paintings stretched over wood framework and all edges are painted, so they can be easily hung up on a wall with a screw or two and look great without a frame.

Please allow me two weeks to ship out your painting. I will contact you within a day of the end of the auction to let you know I've received your order, and will contact you again once it has shipped. It probably won't take two weeks to get to your painting, but if it does, just know I haven't bought a house in the Bahamas with your money.

Payment should be made within one week of the end of the auction. I only accept PayPal because it's the least amount of hassle for me. I won't start on a painting until payment is received.

I'll combine shipping on multiple orders from the same user. It's usually pretty easy to see when someone is buying more than one, but send me a message just in case and I'd be happy to combine them for you.

I'd always recommend paying for insurance when shipping your piece to protect your purchase.
