You are bidding on a string of outdoor lights.  The strand has 5 12 inch icicles and 5 8 inch icicles.  The strand is 11 feet long with plugs on both end.  The icicles are plastic and covered with a glittery paint.  They do work and are gorgeous.  One icicle has a small piece of masking tape residue on it.
