Vintage CHANEL Black Dress Stunning!!!

For auction is a stunning CHANEL BOUTIQUE black vintage dress. No other labels are present. I have added this dress to my collection about 17 years ago, and have kept it in a cloth garment bag only to take out from time to time to enjoy its beauty. I have never worn the dress, nor does it look like it has ever been worn. It is in superb condition, no damage/ discoloration/ snags/ holes/ pulls found anywhere. While in my possession has never been exposed to smoke or direct sun light. Hung on a special padded hanger. I believe the dress is a size 42, the approximate measurements are as follows: Bust 36"/38", Waist 30", Hip 38"/40", front length from waist down 20", sides from waist down 23 1/2", Sleeve 22", Shoulder (back) 18 1/2", Length center back 43 1/2". Fabulous lightweight boucle-type weave, sort of a cross between boucle & crepe. Solid black, 100% wool. The stitching on one of the breast panels/ pockets (not functional) has never been opened. The skirt part of the dress has a fabulous chiffon lining, also in excellent condition, same chiffon lining is on the inside of each cuff. Hand stitching here and there, long loops for hanging are stitched at the waist. Buttons are in great condition, hooks, snaps, small buttons are on the inside.
