Unless stated differently in the auction, I ship Parcel Post or Priority Mail. High bidders choice. If UPS is offered, I can also ship FedEx which is normally afew bucks less than UPS. Ebay doesn't offer it in their calculator, but I will ship that way if you prefer.

As of late, I refunded 17.11 to a bidder, who was over charged in shipping fees, due to a combine shipping winning mis-calculation. I have NO PROBLEM REFUNDING, and normally catch the error as I did in this instance, and will refund any money you have coming.~ The name of the game is to get a GREAT deal..and sellers that over-charge in shipping cost (handling, packaging, going to the post office, etc) doesn't end up the great deal you thought you had.



Insurance is always optional for USA bidders.
