SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

US Shipping Details

• Standard Shipping is via UPS ground.
• PO boxes and others will be shipped via USPS.
• Express shipping is available but you will have to contact us before the auction ends to make preparations.
• Shipping to HI and AK are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the same charge as continental USA shipping.
• APO / FPO and other US Military shipments will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for the same charge as continental USA.

Canada and International Shipping Details

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY/TAX/BROKERAGE FEES THAT MAY BE CHARGED! We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• We ship USPS for all international shipment.
• Once the item leaves the US we are no longer responsible for the item.  There is nothing we can do if your country decided to hold your package in customs.
• Normal shipping costs are located on the “Shipping and Payments” tab on the top of the listing.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 10 days of auction end. We reserve the right to relist the item if payment is not made without prior arrangements.
• We ONLY accept PayPal.

Returns

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase, only if items have never been used.  Item must be in the original box, and in new condition. DO NOT WEAR OR USE OUTSIDE! We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.
• Everything received must be shipped back for exchange or refund.  Buyer is to pay for Return Shipping chargers.
• Ship the item back to us and include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning it.
• We will ship exchanges after we receive the returned item.

Combined Shipping

• We can combine shipping for multiple items on many of our products. Please email to confirm if any additional cost will be necessary.

Shipping Time Frame

• Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.
• Products will typically ship out within 48 hours of the auction ending.
• Expedited shipping is available, but you will have to contact us and make arrangements before the auction ends.
• For US Customers – Please do not request a tracking number immediately after the payment is made.  You will be forwarded a tracking number once the package is picked up by UPS.
• From time to time we do oversell on select items. In these situations the item will be drop-shipped directly to you by the manufacturer. If delivery time will be longer than two weeks, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, including a full refund.

Email Requests

• We do reply to all emails within 24 hours. Please be patient and wait one full day before emailing us the same request again.

Item Pickup

• We are able to provide local pick-up for items. Contact us BEFORE making plans to do so.
