In good condition. Pages off white w/ some fraying on cover's edge. Center page loosening. Color and text is clear and cover not bent or creased. Kept in poly bag.

Finally got a picture that should be large enough to see it's condition.

I went to comicspriceguide.com and used the CGC grading scale there to get an idea of it. Their site shows it would be around FINE: 6.0 to FINE - : 5.5 . Based on the criteria.
