Adding another 100 lbs of power rods is the way to go to upgrade your Power Pro, Sport, Blaze, Xtreme, or Xtreme 2 (SE models too) for more resistance!
Pre-owned, never used.
 
For those of you who have only the basic 210 lb, these power rods slide directly in front of your other 50 lb rods. Very easy to install! Comes with screws.
 
 Why wait 4-6 weeks for Bowflex to ship them when I can have them to you within days! 
 
These Power Rods will work on the Xtreme, Xtreme 2, SE models, Sport, Blaze, and Power Pro models. This will not work if you have an older power pro (purchased prior to October 1996) with a knob on the back of the weight stack,
Adding more weight is awesome for upgrading your old Bowflex for an even better workout!
