This is a beautiful new 16" Billy Cook barrel saddle. It was built in Greenville, Texas. It is built on a Ralide brand tree, with Quarter Horse Bars. The bars are 6 3/4" wide, and the gullet is 7" tall. This is the most popular tree size in our industry. The tree has just the right amount of flair at the front of the bars to make this a great fitting saddle for the performance horse. The seat has a great pocket and close contact for the competitive barrel racer. The saddle has a baby blue ostrich seat. It has baby blue ostrich trim on the cantle, which is silver laced. The horn is braided baby blue rawhide, and it has the ostrich blue leather under the conchos, and the blue ostrich laced stirrups. It also has Montana Silversmiths trimmed mock billets. The conchos are by Hansen Custom Silver of California. They are sterling silver with crushed blue turqouise nuggets inlaid in the concho itself. The conchos, latigo plate, and cinch guard are all lined in stainless steel spot trim. There are 6 conchos. The cantle is 4" tall. The skirt is 25 1/2" long, and the swell is 14" wide. It has roughout fenders and jockeys, with barb wire border tooling. The cantle binder and skirt are a basketweave and floral corner combo tooling. It weighs 25 pounds.
