This candle holder with stand-total height 9 1/2" is by Princess House in the Fantasia pattern.  This was designed to hold a 3" diameter pillar candle but you can also use a small jar candle of a votive holder with candle.  The top part is  glass fantasia pattern & the holder is metal with 3 legs.  This Princess House item is in very nice condition.  No box.
