I know little about this product myself. I purchased it as a holiday
gift for my eleven-year-old granddaughter. She is delighted with
it and has used if often during the holiday season She is especially
pleased because it takes still pictures as well as moving images.
I t is small and easy to carry; she has had no difficulty in following
the directions which were enclosed with the camera. This is one
present that has made a hit!

you would like to return the product for a
refund, refund requests are accepted within
7 days from when you received the item. A
REFUND IS NO LONGER AN OPTION PAST 7 DAYS.
All accessories, cables, manual and packaging
must be included in the same condition inside
the package as it was originally received
by you. Returned merchandise should be well
packed. Items with missing parts, any kind
of damage (camera, accessories or box) will
be charged an additional $15.00 fee. All refunds
will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please
understand that this fee covers my original
listing fee, depreciation of the item and
the time to process the return. Unfortunately,
Shipping Charges that you paid are not refundable.
If requesting a refund for a defective item
instead of an repair/exchange, we still have
to pay Ebay Fee's and Replacement costs so
a $25 restocking fee still applies.
Return Procedures
Please contact us before sending the item
back to get a Return Authorization Number
or R/A #. All items MUST be returned directly
to us after this process. Merchandise must
be carefully packed to prevent any losses
or damages during the shipping process. Merchandise
must be sent back in the original packaging
with the original packing slip and displaying
the appropriate R/A number. R/A numbers are
only valid for ten (10) days from the date
they are issued to you. Returned packages
which do not display an R/A number or which
display an invalid or expired RMA number will
not be accepted, and will be returned to the
sender. Unfortunately, Shipping Charges that
you paid are not refundable and you are responsible
for return shipping. Refund may take up to
30 days from when the item is returned.

all shipping and insurance charges, is due via
a payment method disclosed in this auction within
10 days of auction close. If not received,
payment is considered delinquent 10 days
after auction close.

a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Should the winning bidder become delinquent
