      We are unable to add items to orders that have already been paid for. Once an order is paid for, it goes directly to our shipping department:

      Please finish eBay “CheckOut” once completed purchases.

      We will send you an invoice by ebay message within 48 hours.

      The payment must be received within 6 days after completed purchases.

      If the buyer does not respond within 3 days of completed purchase and no payment is received within 6 days, items will be relisted without prior notice.

      We ship world wide via Registered Airmail.

      We do combine shipping for multiple purchases. Check item description for rates. Contact /mail for bulk order discounts.

SHIPPING METHOD:

      Your package is usually shipped within three business days of cleared payment  with  10-15 business days delivery.

      Item will be shipped to the “Ship To” address as per your registered Paypal address. Please make sure that your SHIP TO address in Paypal is correct.

      You will receive email notification of shipping. Please note that while estimated delivery dates are 10-15 days, our experience is that some packages can take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate.

RETURNS :

Please contact us within 14 days  to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item.

EXCHANGE :

Items once sold cannot be exchanged for other items.

REFUNDS:

      Refund will be given for only the item cost and not shipping cost. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

      Refunds will be made using the same method as original payment whenever possible.

      Refund will not be made to those buyers who arbitrarily leave negative feedback without any attempts to reconcile discrepancies, if any. Please send us email if you any questions with the purchase and we will take care of the refund.
