Marvel's BATTLESTAR GALACTICA # 1 - 10 run / set !! Ten beautiful copies of scarce SCI FI TV comics ! Very 1st BATTLESTAR GALACTICA comic book series ever !!! HISTORIC KEY BOOKS 10 consecutive low number issues in this auction... Great start on a full set; series lasted 23 issues. Based on Glen Larson classic 1970's SCI FI TV SHOW !! Well preserved condition; nice copies of Fine+ to Near Mint issues ! Classic Marvel Artists !! Written by ROGER McKENZIE & BILL MANTLO ! All ten are from 1979 to 1980; BRONZE AGES !! HISTORIC MARVEL COMICS ! Big part of many a young kids childhood, maybe even some girls ! Cover price of these terrific BRONZE AGE comics is .35 to .40c ! They all have risen MANY, MANY times in value over their original cover price according to OVERSTREET COMIC PRICE ! Very collectible older comics !! Scans show actual issues; not all issues shown in scans. Winner gets all 10 issues of this great title ! THE CONDITION OF THESE COMICS IS FINE PLUS TO NEAR MINT. Most are VERY FINE PLUS ( 8.0) condition. # 10 has a small cover tear at top. All have white to off white pages, mostly white. BRIGHT COVERS ! No chipping. Tight spines. Very slight spine wear from the original reading of these comics. They have not been bent backwards for reading and show no major bends or folds. Several of them are CGC worthy copies, tough to find Marvel comics. Comics are in a new comic bags with acid free boards. Worthy of collecting, reading and enjoying.
