This is a Netgear 5 Port 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet Switch. Model # FS605 v3. It is used but works fine. We had to purchase a wireless modem and don't need this anymore. We used it for approximately 1 year. The ethernet cable is included even though it's not pictured. The switch, instructions and power cable are what you are purchasing. The 80 cent handling cost is for delivery confirmation.
