Actual Item is pictured !  Some items may be missing so the ACTUAL Picture will show you what exactly is included in this auction ! ! !   I do know the car antenna is missing which can be purchased at any Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, ect  for around $19 or here on EBay might be the best deal.  Either way all of the other components and manual are here and the unit itself still has the clear plastic film over it.  This item has never been used, activated in any way.

Item was plugged into wall outlet and it Powers up.  Opened the battery cover and yes the battery still has the plastic battery protector between the battery and the leads so it has never been touched.  Like I said Item is Brand New open box with some minor parts missing.
