This is a mounting bracket and L-arm that goes on an Ayotte bass drum.  If you were to order this bracket from Ayotte's factory, it would be around $100.  I'm starting this at $10.  There is no bridge piece, but maybe you have an extra one?  You can always order one from Ayotte.  Solid steel piece, Ayotte makes great hardware.  Bid with confidence, fast shipping.
