Lionel Postwar O Gauge #6257 SP-Type Caboose NO RESERVE

This auction is for a Lionel Postwar O Gauge # 6257 Lionel SP-Type Caboose. This version of this caboose was available in 1952 only and is 6 1/2" long x 2 1/8" wide x 3 1/2" high. It has a black metal frame, red plastic body with four corner steps, metal rails, one brakewheel, body attached to the frame with screws, and bar-end trucks with one magnetic coupler. White heat-stamped lettering includes "S P - 6257 - LIONEL", and data lines. This caboose is complete and all original. The graphics are strong. There is no rust or cracks in the plastic. The catwalks and steps are intact. There are a couple of very minor scratches. This is an extremely clean caboose, grades to excellent (C7), and will make an outstanding addition to your layout.
