the inside it made of memory foam . Memory foam is a great way to cushion your laptop.  The outside is made of ballistic nylon.

this can be used inside your briefcase or luggage to protect you laptop from getting hurt.

the front pockets hold various items.

a shoulder strap is also included.

the inside size of the bag is 14 inches wide, 11 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches deep

This is used. I used it a few times when I went on a few business trips, it is in like new condition.
