This book is in very good condition.  The outer pages are dirty from shelving and it has some peeling of the veneer on the rear cover of the book. The pages are clean and unmarked.  It has a cover price of $26.95.  It was printed in 1997 by International Chess Enterprises.  First American Edition.  352 pages.  The authors are Eduard Gufeld and Oleg Stetsko. 

A comprehensive guide to the sharpest and most cut-throat of Sicilian systems.  It was used to devastating effect by Garry Kasparov in his 1995 World Title defense against Viswanathan Anand.

Black's king bishop - the "Dragon" bishop - points menacingly towards White queenside while providing stout defense for its own king.  Boths sides are precariously over an abyss - a single slip and it's all over.
