This is a lovely plate of a Native American Chief holding a buffalo skull up to the sky .

Plate no L 4412.  Entitled  PRAYER TO THE GREAT SPIRIT by Paul Cable.

Made in Fine Porcelain by The Franklin Mint and the American Indian Heritage Foundation Museum.

The plate is over 8 inches in diameter, gold rimmed and is in excellent condition.

I have other plates in the series listed, please have a look.
