If you are currently renting equipment from your DSL provider, the DGN2000 replaces both the modem and wireless router, saving you monthly rental fees while giving you better performance when compared with older Wireless-G standards.

The DGN2000 measures just 7 x 1.2 x 5.1 (WxHxD) while doing the duty of two devices, which saves space and keeps your space looking clean. You also won't have to wrestle with the Ethernet cords and power cables that accompany multiple devices; with the DGN2000 you just plug it into the wall and connect the DSL line. A WiFi on/off switch lets you turn off just the wireless signal.

The modem is compatible with major DSL Internet providers such as Verizon, Qwest, and Earthlink, and it supports ITU 992.1 (G.dmt) Annex A, ITU 992.2 (G.lite), ITU 992.3 ADSL2 (G.dmt.bis), and ITU 992.5 ADSL2+.

Wireless-N Provides Long Range and Fast Speeds
With today's Internet full of streaming video and applications like Internet phone calls that require extra bandwidth, you'll need a faster wireless connection to take full advantage of it all. Wireless-N provides a speed that is up to 15 times faster than Wireless-G and provides up to five times the coverage, so you'll be able to simultaneously download content, play online games, and stream video.

If you have older computers and accessories, you'll still be able to connect to the network, as the router is backwards compatible with 802.11g and 802.11b protocols as well. The device also includes four Ethernet ports for wired connections.

For optimal performance, the NETGEAR RangeMax Wireless-N line of network devices, such as the Notebook Adapter, USB 2.0 Adapter, and PCI Adapter are recommended.

If you choose an insured shipment type and in the event item gets lost, a lost claim will be sent to carrier and they will resolve the case.
