This "Waltham Women's Watch" features a 10K Gold Filled Bezel, 10K Gold Filled back. It was purchased from an estate sale in the MidWest. This watch has a 1935 Waltham movement and every indication is that it is a 1935-36 model year watch. It has a correct period design flexible strap. The face has some wear and damage but the watch runs perfect. This watch has been through a World War and the Cold War, the affluence of the 50's and 60's, the turmoil of the 1970's, the technological advances of the 1980's and 1990's, and the birth of a new century. There is no way to determine how many events and happenstance's it has witnessed over these last 74 years, but surely it has seen its share. It is now ready to start the next part of it's life, perched on your wrist, this time with an a accompanying journal to record and memorialize the important events and occurrences in your life.
