Hi I am listing a practically brand new shopping cart cover, we really didn't use this because I couldn't never get it quite figured out. Listed is the original box in which it came and it still has the owners manual inside as well. All the little pieces are attached to it. None are missing. I will wash this before shipping to you and I only use Pure and Free Detergent. Only because it's been stored up for some time. If you have any other questions about this item please let me know.
