A fitting tribute to America's favorite horror movie hostess, singer, actress & pin-up goth-girl, Elvira.
Sideshow Collectibles is proud to present another Iconic Character in their Premium Format Figure line of Elvira, Mistress of the Darkness, played by the beautiful Cassandra Peterson. This intricately detailed Statue was created by the talented artist's Tim Bruckner, Joe Allard, Matt Aylword, Anthony Mestas, Kat Sapene, Tom Gilliland and Greg Mowry of Geppetto Productions, along with the Ghouls & Goblins of the Sideshow Design & Development Team.
This voluptuous Dark Beauty originally hosted a cable show entitled "Elvira's Movie Macabre" & later starred in her own feature film "Elvira, Mistress of the Dark". Elvira's character featured a quick witted valley girl type character. Along with the heavily applied Drag Queen style horror make-up & towering beehive hairdo, the transformation was complete. The alluring Elvira reclined on her red Victorian couch, introducing & often interrupting the "B" grade horror movies, to lampoon the actors, the script & the bad editing. She brought a satirical, sarcastic edge to her commentary without ever being mean spirited. Elvira was immediately embraced as a pop-culture icon with her campy humor, obvious sex appeal & good natured self mockery.
The lovely Mistress Elvira's statue dimensions are 19"H X 12"L X 9"D overall & weighs approximately 10 lbs. boxed. Each alluring statue of Elvira is hand cast in high quality polystone & hand painted and finished to exacting standards which Sideshow is famous for.
Elvira is outfitted in her signature tight black fabric evening gown with plunging V neck line held together by her dagger belt. Her look is completed by her black stiletto heels & sheer stockings. Her nightshade pale complexion is complimented by her blood red lips, heavy eye shadow & towering black beehive with long hair strands. She stands atop a Gothic stylized round display base with a grinning candelabra stand & her favorite pet Vampire Bat!

All domestic orders will ship double boxed, UPS Ground. The Winning Bidder agrees to pay $29.95 for shipping & handling(insurance included)to anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping charges. For international shipping, please contact us for pricing information. Multiple auctions won may be combined at a reduced shipping charge. Some items due to their size and weight can not be combined.
For all US buyers, if your purchased items are damaged or lost during shipment, we will send all necessary documentation to the buyer to file a claim with the specified carrier(UPS). *Shipping & Insurance charges are not refundable.
