Inspired from the horror film classic "The Mummy" we present Boris Karloff, as the High Priest, Ardeth Bey, otherwise known as the Mummy!
Intricately sculpted by artist Brian Dooley at Sideshow in conjunction with Universal Studios Inc.
In 1921, an expedition to Egypt uncovers the mummified remains of the High Priest Im-Ho-Tep, a condemned soul buried alive for sacrilege! After a young member of the expedition reads the Scroll of Thoth out loud, the ancient remains of "The Mummy" comes back to life! Ten years later, disquised as Ardeth Bey, the Mummy schemes to reunite with a modern day woman who is the reincarnated soul of an ancient egyptian princess, who just happens to be his long lost love. It really is a small world, isn't it!
This meticulously crafted figure of the Mummy as Ardeth Bey is made of high quality plastic with expertly tailored fabric clothing, recreating every detail of his fashionable sacrificial wardrobe! He comes complete with his 2 piece tunic, fez hat, heavy sash with medallion, sacred scroll, sacrificial dagger & funky Egyptian flip-flops. Ardeth Bey has over 30 points of articulation for multiple posing options and is hand painted to the highest standards. Of course he comes in Sideshow's famous detailed flap cover display box with the original movie poster cover & film details.

All domestic orders will ship UPS Ground. The winning bidder agrees to pay 16.95 for shipping & handling(insurance included)to anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping charges. For International shipping, please contact us for pricing information. Multiple auctions won may be combined at a reduced shipping charge. Some items due to their size and weight can not be combined.
For all US buyers, if your purchased items are damaged or lost during shipment, we will send all necessary documentation to file a claim with the specified carrier(UPS).
