Shipping

Most of our items are shipped via United States Postal Service for a flat fee. Priority mail is available; If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please contact us before bidding for an exact shipping quote.

International bidders are welcome.  International bidders must pay via PAYPAL in US Dollars. Any duties, tariffs, taxes or other fees that a government may impose is the responsibility of the bidder. Currently, we will not ship to the following areas: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Burma/Myanmar, Zimbabwe, the Ivory Coast, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Payment must be received within  calendar 3 days. Paypal is accepted for domestic (U.S.) and International orders. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped within (3) business days.  All custom orders will be shipped within (7) business days.

Combined Shipping

We have gobs of repeat customers and love to combine shipping!!  In order to receive your shipping discount, eBay items must be purchased &/or won within (7) days of original purchase/win and all items must be paid for at the same time. 

Standard flat-rate shipping applies to your first order of headbands – add $1.50 for each additional lot of 12-25PCS, $2.50 for each additional lot of 50PCS or $2.99 for each additional lot of 100PC+. 

Confidence in Shipment

All US packages will have a USPS delivery confirmation number attached. Shipping insurance is always included with your purchase.  In the unlikely event that a package is damaged during shipment, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.  If you have concerns that your package may have become lost, please contact us immediately and within 45 calendar days of your purchase date.  If your package has not been received and there is no updated tracking information within 20 business days (domestic shipments) or 30 business days (international shipments), we will deem your package as having been lost by USPS. 

In either case, we will happily issue a refund of the purchase amount minus shipping costs or send you a replacement at our discretion.  Please ensure that you have contacted us within the periods specified.  We will not be held responsible for any package lost or damaged in the mail, unless you have notified us within the periods allotted. 

PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS!!!  

Before every package is shipped we verify that your eBay shipping address matches the shipping address you have listed in Paypal; We will contact you if there are any discrepancies.  If in the event you have provided us, eBay, or Paypal with inaccurate shipping information, you may be held responsible for the potential loss of your package or for the additional costs incurred to reship your package if returned to us. 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return your item in original condition within (7) business days of receipt, and we will either refund the purchase amount minus shipping costs or send you a replacement at our discretion.  We are all about customer service and making you happy!
