THERE IS LIGHT PAINT LOSS ON THE SIDE ON THE PIPE, LOOKS LIKE WHERE IT WAS PICKE UP BY FINGERS.THIS CAR IS SO CLOSE TO MINT IT SHOULD BE IN MY BOOK FOR IT'S AGE!.../BUT IT HAS BEEN PLAYED WITH AND IT IS NOT GEM MINT.YOU LOOK AND DECIDE!THE CHASSIS HAS BEEN TESTED AND DOES RUN.IT IS OPEN  RIVET

IN THE THIRD PICTURE IT LOOKS LIKE THE REAR SCREW POST IS MESSED UP IT IS NOT THAT IS THE LIGHT REFLECTING OFF OF THE SCREW POST!! I ADDED ANOTHER PICTURE THAT IS CLEARER !
