You are looking at a toddler Thomas the Train backpack.  My son got two of these for his third birthday, and he carried this one only a couple of times.  It is very clean, but has a few tiny scratches on the Emblem in the front, which are hardly noticeable.  There is a pocket in the front, as well as two side pockets, one has a flap closure, and one is net, which is good for a sippy cup.
