This is a 1974 Franklin mint commemorative plate.  The plate is solid sterling silver and is inlaid with 24kt Gold.  It has never been out of the package and has only had one owner.  The serial number of the plate is 46.  This is a limited edition university of Kentucky plate.  This is truly one of a kind.  It comes with the collectors box/case it came with and the certificate of Authenticity.
