Carrier:	Our standard carrier is Standard Ground for all US and International orders, however, we may ship through other carriers at our own discretion. A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO or Military Base addresses.
Combined Shipment:	If you wish to combine shipping, please wait until all auctions have ended before completing checkout or ask us to add more items to your order.
Shipping Rate:	Flat rate shipping and handling applies to US and Canada. International customers will receive a shipping quote the next business day after they have checked out.
Pickup:	Pickups are allowed for some items. You must checkout. Shipping will be waived when you arrive with your order, however, there will be pickup fee. Cash and Cashiers check only.

Shipping insurance is already included. Items will ship out by next business day after payment is cleared.

Return_Policy

All sales come with 30 Day Warranty unless advertised "AS-IS"

1 - Non-Functional Items: If the item you have received is defective, you can contact us within the warranty period. Defective item will be replaced if available, if not available a refund will be issued.

2 - Policy for Returning your item: We need your Order Number and eBay item number.

No walk-in return service provided.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
In some occasions we accept returned merchandise with a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price with tracking number.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. Serial numbers are recorded.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after RMA has been issued in original packaging with packing slip.

When you contact us you need to provide support for your claim:

Computer component will not function: Will require a diagnostic report or we need you to specify the problems you are experiencing. You received the wrong item: Give description of the item you have received.	Item is physically damaged: Will require photos of damages. Another issue: Describe the way received merchandise functions in comparison to how it should work.

Returns will be DENIED if any of the following apply:

Expired: You had item for 30 days or more or we have not received it within 14 days of RMA issue. Misunderstanding: You didn't know of used condition, missing items not seen the the photo or incompatibility.	Needs items which were not included: Batteries, AC Adapters, manuals, passwords, software or additional components needed for operation. Cosmetic Imperfections: Marked, scratched or not as new.
Damaged during shipping: Notify us with photos and we will contact the carrier and file a claim. See Policy #3.	No DOA warranty stamp: The AS-IS stamp indicates item has no warranty.

3 - Return Procedures: Send email to ebay@svliquidate.com with support for your claim to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with RMA number which is valid for fourteen (14) days from date of issue. Returned packages without RMA number will not be accepted.

4 - Freight Damages: If package arrives damaged, accept delivery and take photos of damaged area, then contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. Refunds will be available after carriers reimbursement.

5 - Feedback: Our automated system will post a feedback after we receive a feedback from you. No exceptions. We will not grant a return if negative feedback is left before an effort is made to resolve the issue. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We are a Square Trade member and committed to resolve issues based on eBay rules and our auction policy.

We do not claim responsibility in events of the example RMA situations below:

- For any damages made by carrier during shipping to the customer.

- For any losses in the mail while returning the DOA merchandise, we require proper tracking.

- If the returned merchandise is not properly packed and insured and is damaged during RMA return.

- When returns have signs of abuse or signs unit was disassembled. These items will be refused.
