CCM TACKS SPORT 252 SL2500 MEN’S HOCKEY ICE SKATES

 

This auction item is a pair of men’s hockey ice skates and blade guards.  They are size 11 and some of the information on the boot is, “CCM – TACKS - CUSTOM FIT – SPORT 252”.  The inside of the boots appear to be   leather and the tongues have thick felt padding.  On the shoe bottom and blade are the words and numbers “SLM - SL2500 – 11”/280mm – ASTM – F737-81 – MADE IN CANADA – FABRIQUE AU CANADA – U.S.PAT. 4,336,948 and CAN.PAT. 1,105,510 – 280 – N”.  The boots are approximately 9” high in the back and the blades are approximately 12” long.  One of the orange guards is separated at the front as can be seen in the picture.  Since these were seldom used, this skating equipment is in very good to very fine condition.
