Our shoes are all belongs to Wuhan Sun Commerce Co., Ltd, which is an experienced working shoes manufacture with almost 15 years shoes production. Our shoes can see all over the world in different work places, they’re always popular and more are attracted by our good valued products.

Our aim is to offer the most comfortable for staffs in different line, please kindly note that customer-design is welcome if the quantity upto some level.

Payment terms:

1.      PLEASE read all of our terms BEFORE bidding on any of our items. It will reduce the amount of emails, questions and problems for both of us.

2.      Please think twice before bidding, all payments are due within 3 days.

3.      We will send you an email at the end of each auction. Read it carefully as it will include our payment instructions and mailing address. We generally mail items within 2~5 days after payment is received

Freight charge:

1.    The freight charge we collected is on the basis of standard flat shipping service. (The ship cost we collected it means Airline small parcel, it takes about 10~20days to your place. It’s cheap.) Without any special advance request, we'll send according to our mentioned shipping service.

2.  We can also deal with shipment by DHL, please contact us in advance for the ship cost and whether DHL service covers your place. Usually the ship cost is about USD25-30 per pair to USA within 2~5 days after shipment.

3.    If you need any special shipping service, please inform after bidding and please arrange the extra ship cost together with the item cost.

Returns:

1.      All items are sold "as-is", we do not accept returns unless we listed the item incorrectly (we are all human and will make mistakes - please realize this and try to work things out with us before leaving neutral or negative feedback). Our customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We strive to provide our customers with quality merchandise at competitive prices.

2.      If you found any mistake when you get the package, please take the package and show us the problems before make a decision. We’ll make response within24 to 48 hours. We’re sure to offer the most reasonable answer to solve it.

3.      If you found any quality problems (usually, there’re no quality problem with our products), please contact us within 28 hours after receiving the package.

4.      If we agree to accept the return products, pls do arrange shipment within 24 hours and inform us the tract No.

5.      The freight fee due to the returned products is all at buyer’s end.

Changes

If the bidder needs to change the products to other style or other size after you receiving the package, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any costs involved when changing the item. Items are expected to be in the same condition with all of the original packaging.
