For return, there is 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging with everything in brand new unused condition. No refund will be given after 10 days of sale, buyer must contact seller within 10 days of receipt. For defective products return or replacement, the buyer must contact the seller within 5 days of receipt. If the returned product is not defective, restocking fee will be charged. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, all packages returned without RMA number will not be accepted. After 7 days regular warranty will apply on all products. Shipping fee is non refundable, no exceptions.
