All we packages are sent with a confirmation number.
Upon Delivery of your package, please inspect your item(s). Contact me within 3 days of delivery to report any damages including a photo of the damaged item. We will then decide together on a refund or exchange/replacement.
If your item does not arrive within 3 weeks, we consider it lost. We will reship your item. If your replacement item is not available we will issue a refund.
If your item is damaged we will reship you another item. If your item is not available we will issue a refund. You must provide a photo of damaged items
Photos are required to protect us from fraudulent claims.
There are no refunds unless your item is unavailable on our end. We will replace your item.
