Mother-in-law gave to us when found in her rental house attic. Appears someone just started assembling by inserting the cams/pins. From what I can seen on their website (http://www.bushfurniture.com/bushindustries/bushfurniture/productdetail/productdetail4.jsp?id=WC02404-03&id4=O2) and my experience with KD furniture, all parts are included, but NO GUARANTEE (if cams etc are missing, even Home Depot carries them). Nothing broken; like new, EXCEPT one face of top cubby unit has missing 'wood grain' where a piece of masking tape was removed. Sorry re the shipping of $54 but needs lots of packaging and heavy; you can pick it up in Cleveland if you like and save the shipping.
