DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
SINGLES and SMALL SETS are $2.50 for the first lot and an additional $1.00 for each combined item there after. If you have won 5 or more items, we will ship flat rate for $5.00. If you have won multiple lots it would be best for you to wait until we invoice you so we can calculate shipping discounts before paying. Shipments valued over $50.00 MUST be insured. No exceptions. If the item or combined lots are particularly large or become heavy we will charge accordingly.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

Due to the high loss rate when shipping overseas, we require that the buyer purchase additional registration, insurance and proof of mailing certificate costs. OBTAINING CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY:
Notice that a stamp is being submitted for a certificate MUST be made within 14 days. No refunds will be made after 120 days after the sale date unless extra time is granted. Stamps that sell for above $100 will receive a full refund for both the price of the stamp and cost of the certificate if it should come back not as GENUINE. For U.S. stamps, certificates from either PSE, APEX or from the Philatelic Foundation are accepted, however "graded" certificates or "encased" items are not accepted. Proof of the inability of a competent authority to express an opinion is not grounds for return.
