VINTAGE GI JOE MARVEL COMIC ISSUE #53 FROM NOVEMBER 1986

PIT-FALL

SUMMARY: As an attempt to win loyalty of the Cobra troops, Cobra Commander leads an attack on the GI Joe base, The Pit.   The Joes have been suspended, so as Cobra attacks they are mostly attacking a deserted base.   Hawk, along with a couple of Generals and an Admiral fight a losing battle inside The Pit.   Cobra Commander and Destro are in the bottom of The Pit when it completely collapses.

NOTES OF INTEREST: First appearance of General Hollingworth.   Introduction and death of Admiral Dyson and General Ryan.   First hint of Flint and Lady Jaye's relationship.   Destro and Cobra Commander are trapped in the bottom of The Pit, presumed dead.

Each comic will be shipped in a USPS Flat Fee Envelope with a piece of cardboard in front and another piece in back of the comic.   Buyer is to pay all shipping fees unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.   I will gladly combine shipping for multiple winning bids, please keep in touch with me if that is the case.   Shipping Insurance is always an option I leave the choice in the hands of the winning bidder.   If you do not purchase shipping insurance, it is a risk you take if an item gets lost or damaged in transit.   I will calculate overseas shipping charges on a single sale basis.   If you do not live in the United States I can and will ship your item to you at a higher shipping cost.
