Shipping

All items are delivered to the post office within 48 business hours. Once the items are given to the post office we loose control over the delivery speed. We rcommend you read all of our shipping terms as book shipped from Washington, DC tend to take 10-14 business days to arrive no matter where you as the buyer are located. Standard Media Mail is offered at $3.99 (10-14 business day delivery from the date of shipping) or Priority Delivery is offered at $9.99 (2-5 business day delivery from the date of shipping). All items ship via USPS. We offer a discount on each additional item you purchase so the cost will be $2.49 for each additional book. Click ''Buy it Now'' and then ''Continue Shopping''. When you go to check out the discount will be automatically applied. There is no need to request an invoice to be sent to you as all discounts are automatically deducted at checkout. We do not offer any other types of shipping or any other shipping rates.

We often get asked why it takes so long for our shipments to get delivered. We are located inside Washington, DC so every package we sent out has an extra day or two of wait time at the main DC processing center. We wish this wasn''t the case but it is so please be aware that many books will take up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri) to be delivered.

The price of shipping is not just for the postage. Our shipping price reflects the cost of materials and labor to package the item, delivery to the post office, tracking of and communication about the shipping of the package, and the software to do all of the above.

All International Shipments are currently $17.95 and can not be discounted. International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer''s responsibility. Please check with your country''s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts." US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
