Product ships directly from Hong Kong via airmail and delivery may take up to 7-18 business days.

International buyers are responsible for any & all duties, custom charges & brokerage fees. Items cannot be shipped as a gift or at a lower value, please don't ask.

Any special request in packing or shipping may add additional cost to the shipping fee & or delays.

Will ship only to the PayPal address given, if you want any item shipped elsewhere you must add the address in PaPpal, extra shipping fees may apply.

All items will be carefully packed, however it is strongly suggested that insurance be purchased for any fragile or breakable items. Not responsible for damage or miss-directed in shipping that is what the insurance is for I will start any necessary paper work with the shipping company however if you choose not to purchase the insurance the responsibility will fall upon you. I try to be fair and accurate with all my auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully. Remember I am not an expert so ask questions. Remember this is not a department store all sales are final, buyers remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. No refund will be given until after I receive the return of the merchandise, absolutely no exceptions..

I do not offer refunds on any item unless it is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Return shipping cost is non-refundable. It is also your responsibility that the item is returned in the same condition sent to you. Any damages done in return shipping are your responsibility and no refunds will be given.

All freight charges are your responsibility and I insist on insurance and tracking numbers. Upon safe return and inspection of your product, your refund will be issued as soon as possible.
New Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging with original tags in tact. If upon receipt we find that tags were removed, original package was tampered with or opened I will not issue a refund nor send back to you unless return freight charges are prepaid by you. No refunds will be given for an item not fitting it is up to you to know your correct size and or dimensions of space for an item.

No refunds will be given for a item damaged or misdirected in shipping that is what the insurance is for & I will work with you to get the correct paperwork started from the shipping company if you opt not to purchase the insurance the responsibility will fall upon you.

If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and always try to work with my reasonable customers.
