ATTENTION FOREIGN BUYERS:   I regret to announce that I am no longer selling to anywhere outside of the USA.  It pains me to have to make this decision as I have had hundreds of successful transactions to foreign buyers in the past.  Unfortunately, lately I have had a string of problems with foreign buyers with absolutely no patience who have been filing disputes with Paypal within a couple of weeks of the end of the auction because their item hasn’t arrived to them.  Now, as is usually the case in situations like this, these few impatient buyers have ruined it for everybody because I’m just not up to dealing with it any more.  Most buyers understand that once an item leaves my hands, I have no control over how long it takes to arrive to you.  Any number of things can cause a delay in delivery time (usually customs related) but I’m the only one who gets hurt by it through Paypal taking the money out of my account while the dispute is in progress.   Since it’s extremely unlikely that Paypal will change their dispute policy any time soon, I feel I have no choice but to discontinue selling to anywhere I cannot provide a tracking number to, meaning anywhere outside the USA.  Thank you for your understanding.
