Product ships directly from Hong Kong via airmail and delivery may take up to 7-18 business days.

I do not offer refunds on any item unless it is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Return shipping cost is non-refundable. All freight charges are your responsibility and I insist on insurance and tracking numbers. Upon safe return and inspection of your product, your refund will be issued as soon as possible.
New Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging with original tags in tact. If upon receipt we find that tags were removed, original package was tampered with or opened I will not issue a refund nor send back to you unless return freight charges are prepaid by you. No refunds will be given for an item not fitting it is up to you to know your correct size and or dimensions of space for an item.

No refunds will be given for a item damaged or misdirected in shipping that is what the insurance is for & I will work with you to get the correct paperwork started from the shipping company if you opt not to purchase the insurance the responsibility will fall upon you.
