The mask comes with a super real paint job. The quality you see in the pictures is the same quality you will receive! Great time and effort was taken to make this piece extremely accurate. The paint job has ultra realistic features with multiple layers of colors to produce shockingly realistic rotting flesh. Includes two elastic straps tied to the sides which allows the mask to be easily worn and adjusted as needed.
