DESCRIPTION

POSTAGE;- UK - 2GBP EUROPE - 2GBP REST OF THE WORLD 2.5GBP

This is an unworn mans United States Marines ring. It is stamped 14kt HGE and has the sign for UNCAS. Uncas began to manufacture in the 1920s and was still in business through the 60s. Their jewelry approximated precious jewelry in appearance and has held up quite well over the years. The Uncas mark is a U with arrows on either side.

It also has the original label saying that it is size 9 and Karatclad.Karatclad is a trademark for a very thick goldelectroplating process; this type of plating is about 14 times thicker than standard electroplating.

Excellent unworn vintage condition, certainly good enough for a gift. No damage to the stone or setting, even with a magnifier.

It is ring size US 9 (British s )


I found this in America on my hunt for vintage Scandinavian rings. I know they are popular and so decided to bring them over to sell on my general jewellery site (I also have a site for Scandinavian silver ).
