Small Packets USA and International service (up to 1kg) do not include tracking, they are insured and covered by Canada Post for any loss or damage up to $100. The average shipping time by Canada Post for items shipped within Canada is 2-5 business days which is the equivalent of 1 week to a maximum of 14 days . USA and International shipments carry an average estimated time arrival of 6-9 business days which is the equivalent of 1-2 weeks to a maximum of 30 days.
