These are adorable capri pants by Lauren Ralph Lauren, size 4.  They are 100% cotton.  The waist is 28", the rise is 10.5", the hip is 38" and the inseam is 22.5".  They have a flat front and no back pockets for a flattering fit.  They are in perfect condition.  Free shipping for US residents.
