The Small Print:

I am relatively new to EBay and have been learning fast from some great, and some not-so-great, experiences.  So I feel the need to include the following.

- Please don't ask me to reduce shipping costs.  I do not try to make money on shipping, but I have lost money in the past from underestimating shipping, so I now use USPS' shipping calculator to make my best estimate of actual shipping costs.  Sometimes I am a little over, sometimes a little under, but I do the best I can. Rest assurred that I am not trying to rip you off!

- I examine each item prior to listing and make a good-faith effort to note any flaws and take good pictures.  If you have questions, please ask prior to bidding, I'm happy to meausure or take additional pictures.  I don't give refunds unless I have grossly misrepresented the item.  A loose thread or a rock stuck in the bottom of a used shoe does not qualify as a major flaw. The reason I don't do refunds is that once you factor in shipping, if you have to mail an item back to me, we both lose money.  So please contact me to resolve any questions before you bid!

- I do not sit in front of my computer all day.  While I endeavor to respond to questions at least once/day, please do not become outraged if a few hours or even a day passes before I get back to you.  Sometimes I do other things besides EBay.

- I cannot predict what's going to happen to a package once it leaves the post office, so I strongly urge you to purchase tracking and/or insurance if you don't want to gamble on your package arriving.  If you choose not to purchase the insurance, I cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your item.

- I usually ship about twice a week.  The specifica dates are sporadic because I do get busy.  IF you have an urgent need to receive an item quickly, please, please contact me.  I'm happy to make a special trip to the post office or we can arrange for a different, faster shipping method, I just need to know.

- I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items won.  Second item pays half the shipping cost of the first item, third item is halved again, etc.  If this is unclear, contact me with questions.

- On Feedback:  I didn't really realize before starting on EBay how important Feedback is, or how a buyer can leave negative Feedback for any reason whereas I have no recourse for dealing with a buyer who is less than honest.  As a result, I have received some negative Feedback from buyers who attempted to take advantage of my newness to EBay.  Bottom line, I am an honest seller and will work with you to resolve any issues.  However, I will NOT be taken advantage of simply to avoid negative Feedback and I do not respond well to threats.
