This auction is for one Samsung SGH-T729 Blast T-Mobile MyFaves GSM wireless phone. This messaging phone sports a SureType text keypad like its predecessor, the T719, while incorporating the slide design and features of the T629, including music player and memory card slot. Upon receipt of phone all you need to do is transfer your existing T-Mobile SIM card into this phone and start dialing. You can also activate new service with any T-Mobile wireless carrier. There are no activation or service contracts required for you to purchase this phone from us. Please contact us with any questions prior to bidding or purchasing this item.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal only unless contacted prior to purchasing and given approval to send alternative payment.
PayPal Payments: PayPal payments are due immediately upon the completion of the auction. We will only accept PayPal payments with the confirmed address for delivery listed in the payment. Due to the large amount of fraud present on the internet and eBay we believe in being overly cautious to protect ourselves and our customers from any possible illegal activity. For this reason we cannot ship any item to a place of employment, neighbors, or to a relative/friend unless the delivery address listed in the payment is the confirmed address for the PayPal account being used and you contact us prior to purchasing the item. A payment received by us with an unconfirmed address for delivery will be refunded immediately.
Shipping
We offer our products and ship to customers located in the United States and Canada only. Emails requesting that we ship to any other country will be ignored.
Order processing is performed within 48 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday before 4PM CT on normal business days not including weekends or holidays.
All of our products are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).
Damaged, lost, or stolen packages while in transit will either be replaced or refunded pending investigations by the shipping company and their agreement to fulfill their insurance liability. No new items or refunds will be shipped or funded until that process has been completed.
Customer pickup is available upon a scheduled appointment which must be requested 24 hours prior to pickup and confirmed by seller.
Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, brokerage, and import fees associated with a purchase of any item from us that we ship to Canada. We will not devalue an item in order to avoid any fees associated with the importation of an item into Canada. These fees are not collected by us and are not under our control.
Sales & Return Policy

All of our items are brand new with full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated in the auction description located beneath the title. Used, refurbished, or as-is items will have our 21 day DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty. Should a customer receive an item that proves to be defective they will have 21 days from the date of arrival to contact us to inform us of the problem. If we are unable to troubleshoot and correct any issues with the customer via email or verbal communication we will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number in order for the customer to return the item to us for repair or exchange.
Due to the lower than normal profit margin we sell our items at, we can only offer refunds on found defective items. No item at any time may be returned for a refund if it was a customer remorse unit or said to be defective and found not.
Though we pride ourselves in providing the best service possible by making sure that items are exactly as described and shipped as quickly as possible, mistakes do happen. Incorrect items received by customers will not constitute grounds for a return for refund and will be treated in the same manner in which we handle defective item returns. They will be replaced upon receipt of the originally received incorrect item.
Return shipping of any item is not refundable and is done at the customer’s expense. Customers are liable for all products being sent back to us up until the time we have received and taken possession of that item. We ask that customer ship any return for exchange item using a freight company that offers tracking and insurance in order to protect themselves from any liability.
All return for exchange items must be sent back to us in the original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and any other material originally received with it.
Physically damaged items will have voided any warranty that may have originally been included. This includes but is not limited to: liquid damage, damaged housings or displays, and disassembled items. These items may not be returned under any circumstance. Items received by us that prove to be damaged or broken will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.
We only sell equipment and not service. We ask that customers purchasing wireless phones requiring carrier service please research their service options, service transfers, and coverage prior to purchasing. We do not guarantee service or activation of any kind. Lack of service availability will not serve as grounds for a return and are the complete responsibility of the purchaser. All of our GSM phones do not include a SIM card. Customers must procure their own from their local service provider.
In the very rare event that we do agree to accept a return of an item for a refund, we will assess a %15 restocking and processing fee for that said return. The refund will be issued by check or PayPal for the purchase price of the item less restocking fee and original shipping.

We are open for business Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time and are closed on weekends and all holidays. If an email is received during times when we are closed we will normally respond the following business day.
