    Feedback Note: I feel I need to explain why my feedback dropped from 100% to 99.1% in one month (after 5 years of 100%). The reason being that my family and I moved my 90 year old mother into our home after having a heart attack - she could no longer live alone. This move required a lot of work, time, schedule adjustment, and emotional energy.  Sadly she passed away shortly there after and some eBayers (even after many apologies and refunds) were not sympathetic and left me negative feedback because of shipping delays, refunds, etc.
