Comes with super duty velcro for super ease of the perfect fit. Just give us your size, fabric option, and let us know if you want to purchase extra inserts. Our diapers come with a custom super absorbant soaker that fits your diaper. On our dipes we use special elastic on the legs and top that is excellent for holding all the stuff in. It is recommended to have 4 inserts per diaper.
